  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Water – about 2 cups
  • Green coriander – for decoration
  • Method of making step by step as follows

    1. Preparation of pakoras
    If you have pre -made pakoras, then bake them lightly on the pan to make them light crisp. If you want to make fresh pakoras, soak moong dal and grind it and add salt, light masala and fry small pakoras.

    3. Pour tomatoes and spices
    Now add chopped tomatoes. Also add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, salt and green chillies. Cook this spice until the tomato is melted and the oil does not separate from the spices.

    4. Preparation of gravy
