Moringa Bhaji Recipe: Moonga Bhaji is a traditional desi vegetable made from drumstick leaves. Salt is added to taste with onions, tomatoes and red chillies and special thing – turmeric is not added to it.

100 grams of Moonga cut, 20 ml oil, salt as per taste for Moonga Bhaji vegetable. Turmeric is not added to the desi style vegetable. One chopped onion, three red chillies, two chopped tomatoes.

Now put oil in the pan and heat it. Then add red chili. After this, add onion and fry it.

Add chopped tomatoes after the onion is roasted. Cook the tomatoes. After this, add salt.

After the tomato is cooked well, add chopped offer bhaji and cook on a low flame.

The vegetable is ready after cooking 10 minutes. You can serve it with rice.
