Motichur Laddu Recipe: Laddus of Motichur are everyone’s first choice on festivals and auspicious occasions. Laddus bought from the market are common, but the taste and belonging of homemade laddus is different.

Festivals and auspicious opportunities seem incomplete without sweets. Especially when it comes to Motichur’s laddus, then it comes first. Small boondi grains make such laddus, which are not only beautiful to see but also wonderful in taste.

You must have eaten laddus purchased from the market many times, but the fun of Motichur’s Laddu is different. Pure ghee, clean place and belonging makes the taste even more special in it. This is why people like to enjoy making them at home.

Housewife Anita Devi said that for making laddus, common ingredients like gram flour, ghee, sugar, water and cardamom powder are needed. Almonds, pistachios, cloves or silver work can also be added for decoration. If you want, light saffron or orange food color can also be added to give color.

He told that to make them, first prepare a smooth and thin solution of gram flour. Sieve this solution and make it so that small grains should be made while falling from the waterfall. If a little color is added to the solution, then the laddus will look exactly like the market. This solution determines the taste and form of laddus.

Now it is time to fry boondi in hot ghee. With the help of Jhare, small grains are made as soon as the solution is dropped in the oil. Fry and remove them until they become light golden. Similarly, prepare boondi till the entire solution is over. This Bundi will go ahead and take the form of laddus.

After this, make a wire syrup. Cook the sugar and water until it starts sticking between the fingers. Increase fragrance by adding cardamom powder to it. If you want, you can also add rose water or saffron to the syrup, which makes the sweetness even more attractive.

Now put the hot boondi in the prepared sugar syrup and mix well. When the mixture remains slightly lukewarm, make small laddus by applying ghee on your hands. Add pistachios, almonds or silver work on top. In this way, your homemade Motichur laddus will make every opportunity special.
