To make mutton pickle, first of all, the small chopped mutton will have to be added to half a liter of vinegar water, salt and lemon. At least 1 hour. After 1 hour the color of the mutton will change completely and will turn completely white. After this, this mutton has to be fryed in oil. For this, take a big pot and add five tablespoons of oil to it.
Put oil and fry
One thing to heat in the pot has to be kept in mind that when it becomes too hot, so much that smoke starts coming out, till then it should not reduce the heat. When the oil becomes hot, add red chili gota to it and then add mutton and deep fry. Meaning until it becomes very brown. Then add spices to it like turmeric, coriander, mixed masala.
Fry again by adding spices
You can add standing masala or whatever spices you want to add. Add at least two or two teaspoons of this spices and fry it once again. Keep frying until it becomes completely deep brown. When it is deep brown, it will be prepared as a very amazing mutton pickle.
Can store it comfortably for 1 month
You can store it comfortably for 1 month. But keep in mind, you have to use a glass bottle and when you take a glass bottle, wipe it well. Meaning that even a drop of water should not be applied and it should be completely dry. After this, stay relaxed for 1 month and enjoy mutton pickle.
