Materials required to make water chestnut barfi
Water chestnut flour – 1 cup
Desi Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Sugar or jaggery – 4 tablespoons
Small cardamom-3-4 pieces
Dry Fruits – Finely chopped (for garnish)
First take a thick bottom embroidery. Add a teaspoon of ghee to it and fry the waterfall on the medium flame. When the light color of the dough starts changing, then add three times water and cook it while stirring continuously so that there are no kernels. When it starts getting thick, add sugar and cardamom powder to it and cook for 4-5 minutes. When the mixture -like mixture is ready, turn off the gas and add the remaining ghee. Now put this mixture in a flat plate and let it cool. It will freeze when cooled. Cut the knife into pieces and your water chestnie flour tasty and healthy barfi is ready.
