According to the shopkeeper, this tricolor barfi is made in three steps. Therefore, three different tastes are available in this one barfi. The top surface of barfi that is of orange color is prepared from nuts, khova and saffron. The middle white surface is made from khova and sugar while the green and lowest surface is made with dry fruits.
