It will not only be tasty but also healthy, because it is a treasure for health -rich health of gourd and milk used in it. Barfi is a traditional Indian dessert, prepared from gourd, milk and sugar. It is made on special festivals, special occasions.

Materials required to make gourd barfi-

To make, you will need about 1 kg gourd, 2 cups of milk, 1.5 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup ghee, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, some chopped fruits which will require almonds, pistachios, cashew coconut brown etc.

How to make gourd barfi

1- For gourd barfi (lauki ki barfi kaise banye), first wash and wash the gourd and then grate it. Squeeze the gourd water well, so that barfi can become soft and tasty.

2- Heat the ghee in a heavy bottom pan, now add grated gourd to it and fry it on the medium flame for 10-15 minutes, cook it until its water dries completely.

3- Now add milk and sugar to the pan and cook this mixture until the milk is completely hard.

4- After this, add cardamom powder and chopped fruits and mix well.

5- With the prepared mixture, you will have to do barfi. For this, apply a little desi ghee on a plate or tray. After this, put the mixture in a plate and spread it evenly. Put the chopped mawa over it.

6- After cooling, keep it in freeze to cool for 2-3 hours so that the barfi is not set well. Then after the set of Barfi, you cut it into your square shape. Your gourd barfi will be ready.
