How to make oats pizza without oven at home without oven-
Oats – 1 cup (ground)
Semolina – 2 teaspoons (if you want)
Curd – 3 teaspoons
Salt – as per taste
Green chili and ginger paste – half a teaspoon
Water – as per requirement
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Mozarella Cheese – 1/2 cup (grated)
Mix Wage – Capsicum, onion, tomato, sweet corn etc.
Pizza sauce or tomato ketchup
Mix Herbs and Chile Flex – Tastes
Method of preparation:
Prepare a thick solution by adding oats powder, semolina, yogurt, salt, green chilli-ginger paste and some water in a bowl. Cover it for 10 minutes.
Heat the griddle or pan:
Apply a little oil on the non-stick pan. Now spread the batter in a round shape on the pan, such as making chila. Cover it on medium flame and cook until it turns light brown from the bottom.
Now apply pizza sauce or tomato ketchup on top. Then add the mixed mix veg. Sprinkle cheese and add mix herbs and chili flakes.
Cover and cook:
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes so that the cheese melts and the base becomes crispy.
