How to make oil-free puri
To make oil-free puri, first of all, knead a little celery and one teaspoon of oil in wheat flour and knead it and keep it covered for 5 minutes. After this, heat the water well in the pan. Now roll the podis by applying light oil on the chakla, but keep in mind that do not use flour to it. When the water starts boiling, put these pods in it and let it cook. Some people also steam in idli mold instead of cooking them in water.
