Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Amchur or lemon juice – as per taste
Salt – as per taste
Curd- for a little gravy
Green coriander – for decoration

How to make tasty vegetable
First heat oil in a pan. When the oil is slightly hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When it starts crackling, then add green chili and curry leaves to it. Now add chopped onion and fry till it turns golden on medium flame.

When the onion starts becoming light brown, then add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix all the things well and let it cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. After this, add curd and cook a little. Now add a little mango according to taste and turn off the gas. Sprinkle green coriander on top and ready is your instant onion vegetable.
