First of all, wash a cup of moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 2 hours. When the lentils swell, filter it with sieve. Now take out about two tablespoons of lentils from this lentil and keep it in a bowl. Prepare the remaining lentils to grind.

Add the soaked moong dal, one teaspoon of cumin, two green chillies and five-six garlic buds in the mixer jar. Finely grind this mixture without adding water. The lentils are already puffed up, so it does not require water. When the paste is ready, take it out in a vessel.

Now add one teaspoon of coarsely coriander, garam masala, turmeric, salt and mango powder in this pC. Then add two finely chopped onions, a little chopped spinach and also soaked the soaked whole lentils. Now mix all these things well and prepare a mixture of dumplings.

Now take a little mixture in your hand and make small dumplings according to your own. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, put these dumplings in the oil. Initially cook on high heat so that a light layer is formed from the top, then after medium, fry the dumplings till they turn golden from all sides.

Make sauce as long as the dumplings are frying. For this, add a little green coriander, two green chillies, four-five garlic buds, two teaspoons gram flour and some water in the mixer. Grind it well. After grinding, add salt according to taste and mix.

Now your hot pakoras are ready. Take them out in a plate and keep green chutney together. These dumplings are crispy from the top and soft from inside and their taste becomes even more fun with green chili chutney.
