In the hilly areas of Uttarakhand, this breakfast is liked in every house, but now it has become popular in the whole country. Kiran Pandey, who hails from Bageshwar, tells Local 18 that first take a bowl fresh cheese to make Paneer Paratha. Fresh cheese is not only excellent in taste, but it is rich in protein, which gives energy to the body in the morning. Mash the cheese well so that there is no kernel in it. Now add finely chopped onion, green chillies, green coriander, salt as per taste, red chili powder and a little garam masala and mix well.
Strong bones
Then roll the dough dough. Keep a prepared mixture of cheese in the middle. Close from the edges and roll it lightly so that the stuffing does not come out. Now put native ghee or oil on the hot pan and bake the paratha till it becomes golden and crisp on both sides. Before serving, put a teaspoon of butter from the top, which will double the taste. Paneer paratha is wonderful not only in taste but also in nutrition. The protein and calcium present in it make bones strong and do not allow hunger for a long time. This is the reason why this breakfast helps in keeping stomach full from morning to afternoon. From children to big, everyone likes it.
