Thick yogurt: half a cup

Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Shimla Chilli: Half a cup finely chopped
Onion: 1 (chopped into thin slices)
Bread: 6 slices
Green Chutney: 3 tablespoons
Butter: as per need
Oil: Paneer Tikka to cook

How to make Paneer Tikka Sandwich
First take a big bowl and add thick curd to it. Now add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix all this mixture well so that all the spices dissolve well in curd. Now add cheese cube, chopped capsicum and onion to this prepared spicy curd and mix well. Leave it to be marinated for at least 15-20 minutes so that the cheese and vegetables soak the spices well.
