-Mota Poha -2 Cups
-Prush -1 (finely chopped)
-Gazar -1 (chopped)
-Bens -Half a cup (chopped)
-Mtor -Half a cup
-Simala Chilli -1 (Finely chopped)
-The chili -2 (finely chopped)
-Tomato -1 (finely chopped)
-Derk-garlic paste-1 tsp
-Lell or Ghee -2 tablespoons
-Jeera -Half a teaspoon
-Turni powder -half a teaspoon
-Dhania powder -1 teaspoon
-Chram Masala -Half a teaspoon
-Nem -As per taste
-The coriander -for decoration
-Lemon juice -1 teaspoon
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds to it and when it starts crackling, add onion, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Fry it for a few minutes.
Cooking vegetables:
Now add carrots, beans, peas and capsicum to it. Cook them for 3-4 minutes. Then add tomatoes and cook until it becomes slightly soft.

Spices mix:
Now add turmeric, coriander powder and salt. Mix the spices well and fry for a minute or two.
Now put the poha kept washed beforehand. Run with very light hands so that the poha is not broken. Mix well with vegetables and spices.
-Add garam masala and lemon juice from the top. Decorate with green coriander and turn off the gas.
Now your healthy and tasty poha casserole is ready.
Some tips
If you want, you can also add sweet corn or boiled potatoes to it.
Keep it mildly spicy for children’s tiffin.
For freshness, definitely add a little lemon and green coriander.
