In the summer season, if a fruit wins the most heart, it is common. When mangoes are very ripe and sweet, then why not make a special dessert from it – mango creamy barfi.

Out of adulterated sweets of the market, when sweets are made at home, both its taste and trust are different. This mango barfi is liked by everyone from children to elders and it is also very easy to make.

Three ripe sweet mango, one cup of sugar according to taste, half a cup of fresh milk cream, four hundred grams of fresh coconut and a little saffron threads for taste – just so many things are required.

Peel the three mangoes and cut it into small pieces. Now put them in the grinder, along with a cup of sugar and half a cup of fresh cream. Grind everyone well and prepare a soft paste.

Put the prepared paste in a thick bottom pan and start cooking on medium heat. Keep stirring it continuously so that it does not burn from below. When it comes to a boil, reduce the gas.

When the mixture starts boiling, then add four hundred grams of coconut to it. Mix it well and keep stirring continuously. If you want, you can also add saffron soaked in hot milk, which enhances both color and taste.

When the mixture thickens and leaves the pan, spread it in a ghee plate. Let it freeze half to one hour. Then cut it into a favorite shape and serve the family. The taste is such that everyone praises.
