Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Sugar-1 cup (can do less as per taste)
Ghee – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups
First step: Place a deep pan on low heat and add 1 cup of ghee to it. Melt the ghee well. Keep in mind that ghee is not burnt, so keep the flame slow.
Third step: When the flour is golden, add 1 cup of sugar and mix it well. Now keep stirring continuously by adding 2 cups of water to it so that no lumps are made.
Your hot flour pudding is ready. Garnish it with cashew nuts, almonds, or pistachios and serve hot.
