To make this special breakfast, first of all we have to take semolina. If you want, you can take any semolina of both fine or thick. The more semolina, the more water is added, but the water is not too cold nor the hot bus with normal temperature. Whisk the semolina and water well and keep it for a while so that the semolina can flower. Now take three boiled potatoes on the other side, if the potatoes are hot, then mash with masher and if cold, then grate it. Keep in mind that there should be no kernels in it, otherwise the texture can be spoiled while making breakfast.

Vegetables and spices

To make this recipe healthy and colorful, put some vegetables in it. Such as carrots, onions, capsicum. If there is no carrot, you can also skip it. Also add finely chopped green chillies, ginger and green coriander leaves. Now it is the turn of spices. Half a teaspoon of chaat masala, red chili powder, ground coriander powder, a little roasted cumin powder and taste salt, if you like different flavors, then you can also add pav bhaji masala, peripari masala or sambar masala to it. Mix everything well and your spicy stuffing is ready.

Final preparation of semolina paste

Semolina will now be ready to swell, if the paste is more thick, then add a little water and whisk again. Now add one teaspoon of whole cumin, half a teaspoon of crushed red chili and finely chopped coriander. Add salt as per taste and mix well.

Magic of tomato slices

Now take tomato slices, neither too thin nor too thick. Fill the stuffing of potato-spices prepared in the middle of these slices and cover it well from both sides. If there is no tomato, you can also use onion slices.

Crispy breakfast on the pan
Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan. Dip the slices in a paste of semolina and place it on the pan. Bake on slow to medium heat. When it becomes golden from one side, then turn over and roast till it becomes crisp on the other side. It does not require much oil, just a little oil is enough.
