Shivam’s biryani is not only cheap, but every plate also has a lot of taste. Here the customer gets paneer-soybean gravy with rice, spicy desi spices, green and red chutney, raita and rich onion and raw onion. This biryani has become so famous that people reach only many kilometers away for its taste.
Shivam says that he makes a cart every morning at five and a half in the morning and there is a crowd of customers till night. People from areas like Tanda, Rampur, Rudrapur, Kashipur, Dadhiyal come, passengers passing through the highway also stop here and taste the biryani. Many people have made routines to come here once a week.
The journey started with 5 kg of rice
Shivam Kumar told that he started his work 10 years ago with only 5 kg of rice. Initially only local people used to come, but gradually their taste was identity spread far and wide. Today he is crowded from morning to evening and he himself says that he does not get time for a single moment. But he is happy that the name he has earned from hard work and taste is no less than a big brand.
