Boondi Raita Recipe: No matter what food is made at home, often children do not eat it. But if you make South Indian Style Bundi Raita with food, then the eater will forget the taste of the restaurant. No matter what is made in the food, Raita will increase the flavor of the whole food.

You will take only five minutes to make Bundi Raita. You can quickly make Bundi raita, it is tasty to eat. It is also very beneficial for the stomach. It strengthens the digestive system and keeps the curd cool the stomach.

To make Bundi raita, you will need boondi, curd, black salt, white salt, cumin powder, green chillies, mustard, red chillies and curry leaves. First of all, put the boondi in lukewarm hot water.

Do not keep Bundi in hot water for long, otherwise it will strangle Bundi. Keep Bundi in water for about two to three minutes, then filter it and remove it. Do not throw the remaining water, it can be brought later.

Now add curd to the remaining water from Bundi. Now throw this curd well, so that there is no lump in it. When the curd is whisted well, then understand that your curd is ready for the raita.

Now add salt to this curd as per taste. Then cut green chillies and add black salt to it. After that add roasted cumin powder to it, cumin increases the taste of raita manifold.

Now whisk all these things well. If the curd is more thick, then add a little water to it. But keep in mind that curd is not too thin or too thick.

Now filter it and put the boondi kept separately. After this, once again mix all these things well. Now it is late to put a special temper in it.

Heat a little mustard oil for the tempering. When the oil is well heated, add a little cumin, a little mustard, red chilli, bay and curry leaves.

When all the things turn good golden color, then mix it in the raita. Keep in mind that mix it well. After this your raita is ready.

After forming, keep it in the fridge for a while. Raita will cool down and set it, after which its taste will increase further. After this you can take the flavor of this raita.
