If you want a healthy option, you can also make it in the air fryer. This recipe does neither take much time nor much effort. Just a little preparation and heart made masala makes its test wonderful. Let us know how to make this famous Ram Laddu at home.

1. Grind the lentils
Wash moong dal and gram dal thoroughly and soak it for 4-5 hours. Then filter the water and make a thick paste in the mixer with green chillies and ginger. Keep in mind that add very little water so that the batter remains thick.
Heat oil in the pan. Now take one teaspoon of batter and put it in hot oil and fry on medium flame till it turns golden brown. Do not add too much at once so that the pakoras become crisp.
4. Remove extra oil
Take out the fried laddus on tissue paper so that extra oil is absorbed.

5. Prepare radish and chutney
Wash and grate the radish. Keep green chutney made of coriander and mint. If you want, you can also add a little lemon juice and chaat masala.
Now place 5-6 Ram Laddus in a plate. Add radish, green coriander, green chutney and lemon juice on top. If you want, you can also sprinkle chaat masala. Now serve it hot and enjoy the taste.
As much as the batter of the lentils will be thrown, the more light and spongy laddus will be made. If you want, you can also add a little roasted cumin and chaat masala to it. Do not heat the oil too much, otherwise the laddus will burn from outside and will remain raw inside. To enhance the taste of green chutney, you can add a little peanut or curd to it.

If you want to eat something light, crisp and spicy, then nothing better than Ram Laddu. It is easy to make, taste is fantastic and everyone likes. Once you make it at home, then you will forget to eat from outside. Especially in winter or light rain, its taste doubles with radish and green chutney.
