Easy recipe of Gluton-Free Momos

Material

  • 1 cup quinoa flour
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2-3 finely chopped green coriander leaves
  • 1 green chili finely chopped (as per taste)
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil (or any healthy oil)
How to make step by step

  • 1. First add quinoa flour and gram flour to a bowl and knead a soft dough by adding some water. Cover it and keep it for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Now heat a little olive oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry lightly.
  • 3. After this, add onion, cabbage, carrot and capsicum and cook lightly for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Now add soy sauce, green chillies, salt and pepper and mix well. Turn off the gas and let it cool down.
  • 5. Now roll out thin roti with small dough from the dough. Keep a little stuffing in the middle and close the momos in the shape of your choice.
  • 6. Heat the water in a steamer and steam it for 10-12 minutes by keeping momos in it.
  • 7. Take your healthy gluten-free momos are ready. Serve them with green chutney or tomato sauce.
