Chana Ghugni Easy Recipe: Bihar’s famous street food gram is a taste -changing snack. It is made from onions, tomatoes, spices and garlic ginger paste. Enjoy it as a whole or snack.
Bihari style of making gram ghughni
Some ingredients are required to make gram ghughni, which is as follows. Gram, salt as per taste, right amount of onion, correct quantity of tomatoes, red chillies, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder,
Garlic ginger paste, water accordingly.
Soak the first gram for 5 to 6 hours to make Ghughni. Wash the gram with clean water. Finely chop the onion according to the amount of gram. Take the amount of tomatoes according to the gram. Now apply oil, forens in the pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion, green chillies, add gram and then stir for a while. Use turmeric and salt, add coriander, red chili, black pepper and cumin powder. Add garlic and ginger paste and cook for a while. Finally add water and when the water is dry, add garam masala. When the water is dry in the gram, then close the stove. Pour finely chopped coriander leaves on top for smell.
Take taste from snacks to puri
Now in just 15 to 20 minutes, Bihar has been ready in style, gram. You can test it as snacks. Fry can try with bangle and puffed up. The taste of your mouth can change. You can also use lemon according to your need. It also tastes quite good.
