Make gourd dosa like this
You must have eaten rice or semolina dosa many times by now, but have you ever made a dosa with gourd. Its crispy dosa is perfect for breakfast.
1 gourd
3 green chillies
1 chopped ginger
4 garlic bud
1 teaspoon cumin
4 teaspoons semolina
2 teaspoons rice flour
1 teaspoon chile flex
Salt taste
2 glass water
Some coriander leaf
1 teaspoon oil
Method of making gourd dosa: First of all wash the gourd and peel it. Cut it into small pieces and put it in a grinder. Mix chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin, semolina, coriander leaves and water together. Grind all these ingredients well and make a butter. Now mix chili flakes, salt, rice flour, coriander and water in it. When this mixture is mixed well, keep the griddle on the gas and apply oil in it. When it becomes hot, spread the featured butter on the pan. When it becomes golden from one side, cook from the other side for a few seconds. Gourd dosa is ready. Serve it with coconut chutney or coriander chutney.
