Material for making Rajma Tikki Chaat:
1/2 cup cashew
1/2 cup makhana
1 teaspoon ghee
1 teaspoon ginger
1 cup chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chillies
2 cups boiled Rajma
1 cup mango powder
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt taste
1 cup cashew makhana powder
Curd
Green chutney
Sour sweet sweet sauce chutney

How to make Rajma Tikki Chaat: Soak Rajma in water a night before. The next day, add salt in the cooker and boil it by applying 8-10 whistles. If you have forgotten to soak Rajma overnight, then put ice pieces in Rajma water and then whistle in the cooker. This will make Rajma melted quickly. Sieve their water and keep Rajma separate. Now take a pan, roast cashews and makhane in it on low flame. Turn off the gas when it becomes crispy. When cooled, grind cashew nuts and makhana and make powder. Now keep a pan on the gas again. Heat a little oil in it. Add finely chopped ginger, onion, green onion, boiled rajma, cashew-mood powder and all the spices and mix well. When it becomes well heated, turn off the gas and mash all the ingredients so that it can come in shape comfortably like flour. Now knead it with hands and give it a shape of tikki. Place the griddle on the gas again and apply a little oil in it and keep the tikki. When it becomes crisp on one side, turn it over and heat it from the other side. When both sides become crispy, take a plate. Spread the curd in it. Apply green chutney, sour sweet chutney on it and place Rajma Tikki on top of it. At the end, serve it by sev and beetroot. Whoever Rajma Tikki will eat licking, everyone will praise it. If you want, you can also make Tikki with zero oil in the air fryer.
