Put bread on the pan and bake it well on both sides with the help of light oil. Now break 2 eggs and put it in a bowl and mix salt in it. After baking the bread, put an egg mixture on the same pan and put the roti on top of it. After getting roasted from both sides of bread and eggs, put onion, green chillies, chaat masala, black pepper, lemon juice, tomato ketchup and chili sauce and make a roll. In this way, delicious and hot egg rolls will be ready at home.

The method of making fish fry and gravy is as follows. First of all, wash the fish thoroughly and let the water go out completely. Soak mustard, red chili and garlic, soak it for 10 minutes. After this, grind them in a mixer and make fine paste. To fry the fish, add salt, turmeric and red chili powder to the fish and mix well with hands, so that the spices dissolve well in the fish. Now heat mustard oil in a pan. When the smoke starts to rise with the oil, put the pieces of fish in the oil on low flame one by one. Keep in mind that the pieces are not one on top of one. You can fry or deep fry. Fry all the pieces of fish in 2–3 times and keep it on the side. Now put some more oil in the same pan. Fill the bay leaf, cumin and fenugreek. Then add finely chopped onion and fry till it turns red. After this, add mustard paste and mix well and fry. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry till the aroma from the spices. Now add water and reduce the heat after boiling on high heat. Put the fish pieces and cover it and let it cook for a while. Finally check the consistency and turn off the gas. The method of making chicken masala is as follows. Wash the chicken with hot water and keep it aside. Add one teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli and garam masala and marinate. After this, prepare bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon powder, nutmeg and poppy seeds. Finely chop the onion, tomato and green chillies. Heat the oil in a vessel and add spices standing in it. After this, fry the onion till it turns brown and add ginger-garlic paste to it and mix well. Then add all dry spices and add tomatoes and cook till the oil comes up. Now add marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes. Add garam masala and kasoori fenugreek and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes. Chicken water will be released, fry it until the water is happy. Add some water as per need and cook the chicken till it melts. Finally add green coriander and boil by adding water according to the amount of gravy. Finally add chicken masala. Serve hot with hot bread or rice.

The method of making mutton masala is as follows. First of all, wash and clean the mutton. Add salt, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons coriander powder and lemon juice and mix well. Cover it and keep it aside for some time. Now prepare the paste by adding ginger, garlic, 2 green chillies, cumin, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom to the grinder. Heat the oil in a thick bottom vessel and add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes light pink. Now add prepared ginger-garlic paste and bay leaves and fry for some time. After this, add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Now add marinated mutton and chopped green chillies and fry on high flame for 10 minutes. After roasting the mutton with spices, let it cover on medium flame and cook. When the mutton is cooked completely, add chopped tomatoes and cook and mix meat masala. Add hot water as per the need and cover it for some time. Finally add chopped coriander leaves. Mutton curry with tremendous taste is ready. Serve it hot with rice, roti or naan and enjoy it.

The method of making egg curry is as follows. First of all, put water in a vessel and keep it to boil and add some salt to it. Put the eggs in it and boil it for 12 minutes. After boiling, pour the eggs in cold water so that the peels are easily descended. Then take off the peels of the eggs. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry it lightly by putting eggs in it. Remove the fried eggs and keep it aside. Put oil again in the same pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves and cinnamon pieces to it. Add chopped onion and fry till it turns golden brown. After this add all the spices and fry the spices till they turn red. Add salt as well. Now add water as required, as much thin or thick gravy you want.
