Vishwajit Mandal tells Local 18 that not only Pot Kaleji but also many special non -veg items like chicken pakora, chicken leg piece, chicken chili and keema are also available at his shop, but the most demanded chicken pots are the most of the demand. Alam is that only about 20 kg of chicken pots are consumed daily. Its price is also economical. Half plate is available for Rs 60 and full plate for Rs 120.

Vishwajit Mandal said that to make Pot Kaleji, it is first cleaned 2-3 times. Then turmeric and salt are boiled. After this it is fryed in oil pan. Then ginger-garlic paste, tomato, chilli and spices are added to the pan and added tempering. Salt, pungent chilli, color chili, coriander powder, chicken masala, turmeric and finally fresh coriander leaves and onions are added to the spices. This delicious dish is ready in just five minutes.
