One such seasonal vegetable is jackfruit, which reaches the kitchen directly from the fields in this season. The vegetable of jackfruit is made from raw fruits and it is so good in taste that non -vegetarian dishes also fade in front of it. The duodenal Reshma Jajodia of Jaipur says that jackfruit can be eaten in both raw and ripe forms.
Easy method of making jackfruit vegetable
Housewife Reshma Jajodia says that it is very easy to make jackfruit vegetable. The first jackfruit is peeled and cut into small pieces and boiled in salt water and its bitterness is removed. Then the oil is prepared by heating the oil in the pan and adding cumin, asafetida, turmeric and chili. Add onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste and other spices to it. Then boiled jackfruit is added and cooked. After cooking on low heat for some time, it is gorked with green coriander and hot spices and served with roti or rice.

According to Ayurvedic doctor Narendra Kumar, jackfruit is not only great in taste but is also very beneficial for health. The fiber present in it strengthens the digestive system and removes the complaint of constipation. It contains antioxidants that increase immunity and protect against infection. Apart from this, jackfruit is also helpful in controlling blood sugar and diabetes is considered useful for patients. Jackfruit is also helpful in weight loss and is beneficial for the skin as well as to strengthen bones.
