To make garlic and chili sauce, first boil red chili in water for about half an hour. This process reduces the pungency of chili. After this, wash the boiled chillies in cold water four to five times, so that its pungency is completely removed and the taste of the sauce should be balanced.

To make garlic and red chili chutney, make a paste well by adding boiled chili, garlic, onion, tomato, cumin, coriander, turmeric and salt in a mixer.

Take prepared paste of red chillies, garlic and all spices, add ghee in a vessel and fry it for 3–4 minutes on high flame. After this, reduce the heat, cover the utensils and cook for 20–25 minutes so that the sauce is prepared well.
