Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe: The name of green kebab is definitely there in the most liked starters in restaurants or hotels. It is a delicious dish that children and elders all eat with great fervor. If you like the taste of green kebabs found outside and you want the same test at home, then this recipe is for you. It is very easy to make and on special occasions you can win the hearts of all by serving it as a starter.
Materials required to make green kebabs
Spinach (finely chopped) – 2 cups
Boiled Potatoes – 2 to 3
Green peas – 3/4 cup
Green Chilli – 1 to 2
Ginger grated – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander – 3 tablespoons
Bradycrings – 3 tablespoons
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 T Spoon
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
Amchur powder – 3/4 tsp
Roasted Gram flour – 3 tablespoons
Oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt – as per taste
Green kebab method
First of all, clean the leaves of spinach and remove their thick stalks and wash them thoroughly with water. Now heat water in a vessel and boil it by adding spinach to it. After boiling, put the spinach in cold water immediately and then finely chop it. Also boil potatoes and peas so that they can easily mash.
Now heat a little oil in a pan and add boiled peas to it and soake a few minutes. After this, add chopped spinach and salt and cook until the mixture dries. Then add turmeric and green coriander and fry for one or two minutes and turn off the gas.
Now mix the spinach mixture in this potato mixture and mash it well. Then take a little mixture and give the shape of a kebab by hand and keep them in a plate. When all the kebabs are ready, take nonstick griddle, put light oil on it and bake the kebab till it becomes golden from both sides. Now your delicious and healthy green kebabs are ready. Serve them with hot green chutney or tomato sauce and win the hearts of guests.
