It may seem strange to hear, but believe me, these recipes are becoming very viral on social media and people are eating it with fun in the rainy season. In this dish, the crisp of the chinese paratha and the coolness of vanilla ice cream from above form such a flavor that directly delivers the dessert havan. Cram Brule Paratha Recipe

  • Wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Water – 1/3 to 1/2 cup (to knead)
  • Oil or Ghee – 1 to 2 teaspoons
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Raw sugar (or brown sugar) – 1.25 cups
  • Vanilla Ice Cream – desired
  • Ghee/oil – to bake
  • Method of preparation step by step

    • 1. First add salt to the flour as per taste.
    • 2. Now knead soft dough by mixing some ghee or oil and then slowly water.
    • 3. Cover the dough and keep it for 20-30 minutes.
    • 4. Now take a medium size dough from the dough and roll it with a rolling.
    • 5. Spread 2-3 teaspoons of raw sugar well on it.
    • 6. Now bend the paratha and roll it again so that the sugar fills inside.
    • 7. Heat the tava and start with the paratha.
    • 8. When light brown spots come from one side, turn over and apply ghee.
    • 9. If half cool on the other side, then turn over and apply ghee on the other side.
    • 10. Bake until crisp and golden from both sides.
    • 11. Now take out the prepared paratha in a plate and add a large scoop vanilla ice cream over the top.
    • 12. Hot paratha and cold ice cream will be made a fierce flavor.
