-Sabudana -1 cup (soaked for 4 to 5 hours)
-Ubale Potatoes -2 medium sized
-The chili -2 (finely chopped)
-Con paste -1 teaspoon
-Nem -According to taste (use rock salt in fasting)
-Kali Chilli Powder -Half Spoon
-Dhania leaf -2 tablespoons (chopped)
-Mungfali powder -2 tablespoons
-Ifing or ghee -1 tbsp (to bake patty)
-Burger bun -2 to 3
-Salad leaf, tomato and cucumber slices -as required
-The chutney and curd sauce -according to taste

Recipe

First of all, wash the sago thoroughly and soak it and then drain the water.

Now add sago, boiled potatoes, green chillies, ginger paste, peanut powder, salt, pepper and coriander in a big pot.

-Mix this mixture well and give the shape of tikki.
-Heat a little ghee or butter on the non-stick pan and bake the tikkis until golden from both sides.
-Now cut the burger bun from the middle and bake both parts lightly on the pan.
-Apply sauce or curd sauce on the bottom part of the burn, then keep the salad leaves, tomatoes and slices of cucumber.
-Place sago tikki on top of it and if you want, you can put a little more sauce.
-Keep another part of the bun from upper and press lightly.
Now your healthy and delicious sago burger is ready.
