1. Sago pudding
Material:
-Sabudana -1 cup
-Dudh -3 cups
-Sachine -½ cup
-He -2 tablespoons
-Chichi powder -½ teaspoon
-Bibam or pistachi -½ cups
How to make:
1. First wash the sago thoroughly and soak it in water for 4 to 5 hours.
2. When the sago becomes soft, remove the water.
3. Now boil milk in a pan and add sugar to it and mix well.
4. Then add sago to it and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
5. Now add cardamom powder and chopped almonds.
6. Your sago pudding is ready, offer it to Mata Rani.

-Cawal -1 cup
-Dudh -4 cups
-Sachine -½ cup
-Chichi powder – @ teaspoon
-Dew or butter -2 tablespoons
-Cazu, almonds or pistachios -according to wish
How to make:
1. First wash the rice and soak it for about 30 minutes.
2. Boil milk in a deep pan and add soaked rice to it.
3. Let the rice cook well in milk.
4. Now add cardamom powder to it and add a little ghee or butter, so that the kheer does not stick.
5. When the kheer becomes thick, turn off the gas and add chopped dry fruits.
6. Rice pudding is ready, include it in enjoyment.

Milk – 2 cups
Sugar – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Almonds or Cashew – 4 cups
Cardamom Powder – ½ teaspoon
How to make:
1. First heat ghee in a pan and fry the makhanas till it turns golden.
2. Now crush them lightly so that they will mix well in kheer.
3. Boil milk on the other side and add sugar to it and let it dissolve well.
4. Now add roasted makhana to it and cook for 7-8 minutes.
5. Turn off the gas by mixing cardamom powder and dry fruits.
6. The delicious makhane kheer is ready.
