How to make sabudana pancake)
- Sabudana – 1 cup (soaked for 2 hours and wash it thoroughly)
- Boiled and mashed potato or sweet potato – 1
- Paneer (grated) – 1 cup
- Green coriander – a handful (finely chopped)
- Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)
- Ginger – Small piece (finely chopped)
- Roasted peanuts – a fist (crushed)
- Salt – 1 teaspoon (fasting rock salt is better)
- Black pepper – 1 teaspoon (ground)
- Ghee or oil – to bake

Step 2: Add potatoes and cheese
Step 3: Add flavating
Step 4: Peanuts and Spices
Step 5: Prepare Dough
Heat a non-stick pan and add some ghee on it. Now bake the pancake from both sides till it becomes golden and crisp. Cook each pancake for about 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot-hot sabudana pancake with curd, green chutney or mint-money dip. If you want, you can also eat it with fruit salad or coconut chutney.
- If you are making it for children, add chili less.
- To make the pancake even more healthy, you can also add a little grated carrot or gourd to it.
- Make more pancakes at a time and keep it in the fridge and bake immediately when needed.
