This food includes everything from non-vegetarian food to onion-garlic. In such a situation, many people do not understand which vegetables can be made without onion-garlic. For this reason, we will tell you here how to make embroidery cheese without onion-garlic, so that you can make it easily and offer it to Bholenath.

Ingredients to make embroidery cheese
Paneer – 250 grams
Tomatoes – 3 medium sized
Capsicum – 1
Green Chilli – 2
Ginger paste
Curd – 2 tablespoons
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Kasuri Methi – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt taste
Ghee or oil – 2 tablespoons

Method of making embroidery cheese

Embroidery cheese is quite easy to make without onion-garlic and do not worry about the taste, that too will be tremendous. For this, first of all, put a little ghee in a non-stick pan and brown the paneer pieces lightly. Keep in mind that the cheese has to be softened. If you make it more crisp, then the taste of vegetable will be spoiled. After this, take it out and keep it in a plate.

Now is the time to prepare gravy. For this, first you heat ghee in the pan. Then add green chili and ginger to it. Next, add crushed tomatoes to the pan and fry for 6-7 minutes until they start leaving oil. Keep stirring it continuously. When it starts releasing oil, add spices to it and fry for a minute. After roasting the spices, add the swept curd and mix. Now it is the turn to add capsicum to it, then add it and let it cook in the gravy.

Finally, add cheese pieces to it. Also, mash it with hands and add kasuri fenugreek and garam masala. Now cook it for 3 minutes so that all the flavors are mixed well. It is ready to serve.
