Raw banana chips are easy to make. Outside chips are preservatives but homemade chips are crisp and delicious without any chemical. Just need a little patience and love.

4-5 raw bananas, oil for fry, turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder and chaat masala. All these things are usually found easily in every kitchen.

Peel banana and cut it into thin round pieces. Try all the pieces the same. If you cut the chips with cutters, the size of the chips will be beautiful and equal.

Soak chopped banana turmeric and salt in water for 10-15 minutes. This will bring good color of chips and increase crispness. Then filter them and dry them on the cloth.

Heat the oil well in the pan. Add banana pieces and fry on low flame. When the chips are golden and crisp, remove and spread the tissue on paper so that the excess oil comes out.

When the chips are cold, add salt, pepper and chaat masala. Mix well so that the taste of the spices spreads equally on each chip and enjoy the food.

Homemade chips remain crisp in airtight compartment for 15-20 days. Its taste seems unique in evening tea or movie time without any adulteration.
