First of all, take a heavy bottom pan and start frying the semolina on medium flame in it. When the color of semolina becomes light golden and light smell starts coming from it, then the semolina has roasted. Now take it out in a plate and keep it aside. After this, heat the desi ghee in the same pan and add hut cardamom to it. As soon as the fragrance of cardamom arises, put the roasted semolina back and mix it well. Now fry the semolina in ghee for one to two minutes so that it gets completely in ghee. After this, put about two glasses of water in the pan and let the semolina cook on low flame. Keep the gas temperature slightly low before pouring water so that there is no splatter.

In a short time, when the semolina absorbs water and the pudding starts thickening, then add a cup of sugar to it. Mix well so that the sugar dissolves and the texture of the pudding becomes smooth. Now add chopped almonds, raisins and a pinch of salt. Salt has to be added in small amounts, but its effect increases the taste of the entire halwa even more.

Now cook the halwa until its color turns golden brown and the ghee starts separating from the edges. Keep stirring continuously so that the pudding is not engaged in the pan. Once the pudding is fully ready, take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with dry fruits from above. The fun of eating hot pudding is different.
