Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few seconds. Then add tomatoes and fry until the masala cooks well. Now add cashew paste and salt. When the oil starts separating from the mixture, add a little fresh cream and garam masala to it.
Bake the marinated arc on a pan or grill pan till it becomes light golden and crispy. If you want, you can also grill in oven or oven.
4. Prepare the roll:
Heat roti or rumali roti lightly. Apply green chutney and a layer of mayonies on it. Now add grill arc and a little part of the prepared gravy. Keep thin slices of onion and capsicum on top. Fold the bread like a roll. Now serve hot-hot creamy arc rolls with tomato sauce, green chutney or dip of your choice. It is a perfect option for evening snack, party or dinner.
