This Stuffed Paneer Do Pyaza recipe is inspired by Turkish’s famous dish Sogan Dolma, but it has a temper of Indian flavor. This dish looks as beautiful as it looks, the more taste is wonderful. In this, the onion is boiled and hollowed from inside and stuffing of spicy cheese and rice is filled in it. By adding thick, spicy gravy from above, it is cooked on low flame, which gives you a lot of taste of spices in every bite. The special thing is that it is an one-pot meal, which includes cheese, rice and gravy everything, so you can serve it without any side dish.

First of all, peel the onion and take out the middle part. Boil them in water for 5 minutes, so that they become light soft and be ready for stuffing. Now heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add ½ teaspoon cumin, 1 green cardamom, 1 large cardamom, 1 bay leaf, ½ inch cinnamon, 4 black pepper and 2 cloves. After this, add ½ tbsp coriander and fennel coarsely and fry it. Then add 1 cup of onion puree and mix well. Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste and fry it. Now add 1-1 teaspoon coriander powder, red chili powder, 4 teaspoons turmeric and salt as per taste. After mixing well, add 1½ cup tomato puree, add ½ cup of water and cook until the ghee is separated.
