The Stuffed Paneer Do Pyaza recipe is inspired by the Sogan Dolma of Türkiye, which has a temper of Indian flavor. Onion is filled with spicy cheese and rice stuffing and cooked in gravy.

First of all, peel the onion and take out the middle part. Boil them in water for 5 minutes, so that they become light soft and be ready for stuffing. Now heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add ½ teaspoon cumin, 1 green cardamom, 1 large cardamom, 1 bay leaf, ½ inch cinnamon, 4 black pepper and 2 cloves. After this, add ½ tbsp coriander and fennel coarsely and fry it. Then add 1 cup of onion puree and mix well. Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste and fry it. Now add 1-1 teaspoon coriander powder, red chili powder, 4 teaspoons turmeric and salt as per taste. After mixing well, add 1½ cup tomato puree, add ½ cup of water and cook until the ghee is separated.
