Ino Fruit Salt: 1 teaspoon (for Phule Phule Dhokle)

Oil: 1 teaspoon

Rai (mustard): 1 teaspoon

Curry leaves: 5-6

Green Chilli: 2 (cut in length)

Mole: Half a teaspoon

Green coriander and grated coconut: for garnish

Easy recipe for instant sweet corn dhokla

1. Prepare the batter

First take a big mixing bowl. Add gram flour, coarsely ground sweet corn, swing curd, turmeric powder, ginger-green chili paste and salt as per taste. Now prepare a thick batter by adding water slowly to it. Keep in mind that the batter is neither too thin nor too thick. Cover it and allow it to be set for 10-15 minutes.

2. Prepare steamer
