Butter Sweet Corn Recipe
Material:
Sweet Corn (corn seed) – 1 cup (boiled)
Butter – 1 to 2 teaspoons
salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat Masala – 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)
Green coriander – finely chopped (for garnish)
Method of preparation:
- First of all boil the sweet corn.
If you have already taken boiled sweet corn, go straight to Step 2. - Heat butter in a pan.
- Now add boiled sweet corn and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt, black pepper powder and chaat masala to taste. Mix well
- Turn off the gas and add lemon juice.
- Garnish with green coriander on top.
- Serve it hot.
Variation:
- Masala Corn: In the recipe above, you can add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies and a little mix spice.
- Cheese Corn: Finally add a little tight cheese and let it melt.
