What is Kunafa Roll

These things will be needed

150 grams of kunafa
50 grams butter
Sevai
Bread

For cheese sauce
1 cup milk
2 table spoon milk powder
3 Table Spoon Corn Floor
2 table spoon sugar
5 table spoon cheese

For Chasani

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon red color

Recipe
To make kunafa cheese rolls, take half a liter of milk and keep it to boil. Mix 2 teaspoons of cornflar and sugar in it. Now the milk has to be cooked till it thickens. Now add 2 things slices and a little butter to the milk and mix it. Now put some vanilla essence in milk and keep it to cool.

1. After this, prepare a sugar syrup, for this, put a cup of sugar, half a cup of water and a thin piece of lemon in a pan. Boil the sugar until the syrup is ready, then add a little rose water to it.

2. Now take the cheese made from milk. Take a bread slices and cut its edge. Make the bread loud with a rolling and make it bigger. If you want to apply cheese sauce on it, you can also spread it with the help of spoon or cone. Now add a little mosaic cheese on top and wrap the bread like a roll.

3. After this, add flour, cornflour, cardamom powder and water to a bowl and make a solution. Dip the prepared bread rolls in this solution and take it out immediately. Now wrap it in finely roasted sevai.

Fry the roll in hot desi ghee on high heat. When it becomes golden and crisp, take them out and keep them in a plate. Add hot sugar syrup and serve.
