Bhim Singh said that to make a bourn of one kilo of gram flour, about 4 to 5 kg sugar syrup has to be made. 4 liters of water is added to it. So that the syrup is perfect. When freshly made boondi is added to hot sugar syrup, its taste is different. This is the reason that the boondi of this shop is purchased not only for food but also to offer it to temples.
