There is a Aman Mishthan Bhandar near the police station at Kamalganj intersection of the district. The operator Aman Chaurasia said that the sweets of his shop are very famous. The shop has been famous for eight years. Whose name is Kasu Roll. It is known for its special taste. There is such a taste in this dessert that there is a crowd of customers to eat. It gets one thousand rupees per kg. From morning till late night, customers are seen enjoying this cashew roll here.
On Local 18, the shop operator Aman Chaurasia said that his shop is present near Kamalganj intersection, where his father started the shop. Now he is operating this shop. A special sweet cashew roll is famous here. This roll is different from the second dessert, because the highest amount of cashew is used in it. Due to which this dessert is very much liked by customers in every season. The same shop opens at 8 am and sweets are sold till late night.
On local 18, the shopkeeper told that after grinding cashew nuts in it. Then the nuts are roasted in ghee. After this, cashews and sugar are mixed together and cooked. When it is prepared well, it is filled in a square tray and leveling it. When it dries well, its pieces are cut and decorated. Saffron, cardamom along with cashew nuts are also applied from above. Due to which the taste of this roll also increases and sells.
