Delhi: In the Dil Connaught Place of the capital Delhi, a shop has been set up on Baba Khadak Singh Road for the last 15 years, which has won the hearts of the fans of desi taste. The special Litti-Chokha of Patna is not just a stall, but the real taste of the soil and tradition of Bihar. The brinjal-potato roasted chokha and sattu filled litti here have made not only the common Delhiites, but also the stars and leaders crazy. The taste story started from 2010

This stall started in the year 2010. The operators of the stall used to work in a factory earlier, but there was not much earning. He showed courage and left the job and started the stall of Litti-Chokha, recognizing the skills of his hands. Initially, this litti-chokha was sold for only 20 rupees, but even today, this indigenous taste is being given to the customers in a plate of only 50 rupees.

Bhaiya prepares all the items sold on the stall at their home. Everything is cooked in real and authentic way. Here brinjal and potato roasted chokha are served, while the Sattu is filled in the traditional way inside the litti. This is the reason why eaters feel the taste of real Bihar in Delhi. In the case, three types of chutney are also given to eat with litti, which includes mustard sauce, green coriander sauce and garlic sauce.
