Laughing Recipe: Dehradun’s life lives in Momo, but now Dunites are very much liked a special type of street food. This food from Tibet has come to see the people here.

Youngsters of Dehradun are very fond of Tibetan Street Food. This is called ‘Laughing’. Laughing made of rice flour is available in the veg and non-veg variety in Dehradun.

You will get its taste at many shops near the Mini Tibet i.e. Buddha temple in Dehradun. Dry and gravy lofing are found in the Mode Laughing Hub.

It will also get a taste outside the Tibet Monastery located in Dehradun’s Clement Town. You can taste it in Sahastradhara Road, Garhi Cantt and Tibetan Market.

You will also get the taste of dry and gravy Tibetan Street Food Laughing at KTM restaurants in Dehradun’s students hub Karanpur. It is served here with red chili chutney.

By the way, you can also prepare it at home. For this, you will give 1 cup rice flour, 2 tablespoons cornflor, 1 tsp
Red chili powder, 1-1 teaspoon soy sauce, vinegar and ginger-garlic paste as per taste
Salt and oil will be required.

To prepare the lofing at home, prepare a thin batter by adding salt and water to the rice flour as per taste. After this, spread a thin layer on the non-stick pan. After it is made, leave it to cool down. Now add red chili powder, garlic paste, vinegar, soy sauce, chaat masala and black salt in a bowl and mix well.

Now put the masala mixture and Y-Y on this sheet and roll it. Now cut the roll with a knife and serve it with red chutney.
