Besan Milk Barfi-

Material:
1 cup gram flour
2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons ghee
Cardamom powder, dry fruits
Heat ghee in a pan and fry gram flour in it until it becomes light golden. Now add milk slowly and keep stirring well so that there is no lump. Then add sugar and cardamom powder to it. Keep stirring continuously until the mixture becomes thick. Apply this mixture by applying ghee to a tray, sprinkle chopped dry fruits on top and allow it to be set. 1 liter milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom
