Delhi-based Vibha launches mother-in-law’s unique pickle brand, which has seven flavours, including tomato. Demand has increased in the market by connecting with Access Deployment Service, its price is Rs 120. This pickle has created a stir in the market in a very short time.
Delhi. Vibha from Delhi started her mother-in-law unique pickle brand from her mother-in-law’s recipe. She is known in the market for her unique tomato pickle. Vibha tells that she got this recipe from her mother-in-law after marriage. Tomato pickle was being made in his house for years, but it was never sold in the market. When family and relatives praised this taste, they thought why not take this traditional taste to the people.
Vibha says that it takes three full days to make this pickle. First all the spices are soaked overnight, then dried in the sun for two days. After that the spices are roasted, ground and cooked with tomatoes.
She says that no chemical is added to all her pickles, only lemon or apple vinegar is used so that the taste and freshness remains.
Not only tomato, many flavors are famous
Vibha makes pickles not only of tomato but also of many unique flavors like onion, fenugreek seeds, raw turmeric, green chilli, and bitter gourd. She says, currently we have seven types of pickles and people have liked each flavor very much.
Demand is increasing in the market
Vibha initially started making pickles just for family and friends, but now after joining Access Deployment Service, she is taking her product to the market. He is getting a lot of appreciation from people. Some say that they have tasted tomato pickle for the first time, while others consider the name of their brand as a compliment and say that the name is unique and so are the pickles.

Vibha tells that her tomato pickle is available at very affordable prices. The cost of a bottle is Rs 140, but it is offered to customers for just Rs 120. She says that we pack all our pickles in glass bottles so that its original taste, aroma and quality remains for a long time. This is our biggest specialty.
