This year too, with the rains that came before the monsoon, Technas has started appearing in the markets of Hazaribagh. Sarita Devi, who came to sell the technology in the vegetable market located in the district turn, says that the technology is well liked here. It is currently priced at Rs 1600 per kg in the market. At the beginning of the season, it was sold up to Rs 2000 per kg.
He further explained that this vegetable is found in dense forests. Finding and binding it is not an easy task. The villagers get up 4 in the morning and go to the forests and seek it. Especially snakes and ants are found under bills and Sakhua trees. Usually, every year Rugda was seen in the markets. But this year the first technology has grown in the forests.
Its availability in the market is very rare and very much fans. Once the one tastes it, he is waiting for it till next year. Many people call it more tasty than mutton. People consider it as mutton of vegetarian people.
Such vegetables are made
In Hazaribagh, two ways to make technology are the most in trend. In one, it is boiled in water and cooked and in the other only by washing it. First of all, wash it well and cut it into small pieces or boil lightly. Then heat oil in a vessel and fry the onion golden in it. After this, add ginger, garlic and green chili paste and fry. Now the technology is added to it and salt as per taste. After cooking for a while, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala are mixed well. Finally, the technology is ready as soon as you add green coriander from the top. Its fragrance increases hunger.
