Easy method to make at home
A simple and tasty method is followed to make Rabodi sabzi:
- Soaking Rabodi: First dry Rabodi is soaked in lukewarm water for about 15-20 minutes.
- Preparing the masala: The masala is prepared by heating oil in a pan and adding cumin, asafoetida, finely chopped onion, garlic and tomato.
- Cooking: Then red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder and salt as per taste are added to it and cooked well.
- To enhance the taste: Once the masala melts well, add soaked Rabodi and cook on low flame. If desired, the sourness and thickness can be increased by adding some buttermilk or curd.
