During the fast, foods like grains like wheat and rice are eaten by fruits, milk, sago, waterfall, kuttu flour, Sama rice. These things are gluten free and they have high fiber content. This makes the stomach look full, appears to be less and you avoid overwriting. Apart from this, instead of eating fried and roasted in the food of fasting, vegetables and fruits with light or light gravy are taken, which also gives the right nutrition to the body.
Day 1: Eat fruits in the morning such as papaya, banana or apple. Eat Sama rice and gourd vegetables in the afternoon. Take green tea in the evening and a bowl sago khichdi at night.
Day 2: Take dry fruits with milk or buttermilk in the morning. In the afternoon, eat water chestnut flour and light vegetable of potato. Take some roasted peanuts with a glass of milk at night.
Day 4: Take lemon and honey in lukewarm water in the morning. Then eat some roasted makhane. Take gourd vegetable and water chestnut flour in the afternoon. Light milk and a fruit at night.
Day 6: In the morning, take coconut water, kuttu paratha with curd in the afternoon and Sama rice and gourd vegetables at night.
Day 7: Drink only fruits, coconut water and lukewarm water on this day. Curd and cucumber raita can be taken once a day. It is very important to drink enough water along with fasting food. Try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day so that the body remains hydrated. Also, do a lighter workout or yoga regularly so that metabolism remains active.
